二訪換過菜單的此店 這次點自製義腸馬鈴薯麵疙瘩和紅酒燉牛肉2.0,兩道風味都很不錯,皆有我最愛的63度溫泉蛋,香料味豐富,醬料調味合宜,義腸很好吃不死鹹,加上新鮮的炸南瓜及糯米椒,營養均衡、風味極佳。紅酒燉牛肉是一大塊的燉牛肉,牛肉份量適中,蠻入味的,搭配的蔬菜燉飯調味很不錯,如果醬料份量多一點會更好。 套餐附的季節沙拉也不馬虎,威士忌釀甜柿、粉紅胡椒、帕瑪森火腿、水耕蔬菜,味道很棒。 ------ (一訪) 凱撒雞肉沙拉份量大,自調凱薩醬有特色、富有鯷魚味,雞肉部分採用雞腿肉,整體搭配很好吃~ 自製豬肉漢堡排,加上紹興酒醬真的是絕配! 聽說主廚要換新菜色,想吃的這些聊聊要盡快了喔! 手沖咖啡也很推薦!

翼板牛排佐阿根廷青醬? 紅酒燉牛肉 ? 肉質都超棒 牛排有足夠的嚼勁與嫩度 燉肉燉得十分徹底且入味 配菜也是無懈可擊 牛排有美味的薯泥與與薯塊 些許的烤時蔬及嫩蛋,麵包也很好吃 燉肉蔬菜的份量及種類較多 適合喜歡吃肉又想多吃點菜的朋友 熟度剛好的蛋與細膩的配料 如麥仁與巴西胡椒 (其實我不確定巴西胡椒的部分XD 但吃起來跟看起來應該是沒錯) 都豐富了整體的口感與味道! 咖啡跟甜點也很用心,都非常順口 空間也很舒適,服務親切、態度專業 有這樣美好的店在宜蘭市 身為宜蘭人真的很幸福 ✨

當天點的是- 紅酒燉牛肉義大利麵(朋友點的,我沒吃?)、義式麵疙瘩、炸雞塊、洛神花莓果布朗尼、檸檬塔及棉花糖黑糖拿鐵 優點- (紅酒燉牛肉義大利麵沒吃,所以不評論) 1.麵疙瘩內的配料(菇類、花椰菜、玉米筍)都有先乾煎過,香氣很夠 2.炸雞塊旁邊有搭配三種醬料,混搭著吃比較不會膩口 3.檸檬塔吃起來順口、不過酸 4.棉花糖店家手工自製,吃起來軟中帶有Q度,放進飲料內不會馬上融化 缺點- 1.麵疙瘩為店家手工自製,但吃起來過軟、沒有口感,醬汁吃到後面有油膩感 2.難停車,建議騎機車(但那天騎機車放在店家對面空地,機車還被移動?)
