★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前天去辦理外匯及開通網路銀行的事項,去之前看到下方評論心裡有點驚驚~~But!從進門量體溫噴酒精到臨櫃辦理業務,每個行員都讓我感到無比貼心!有溫馨小提醒、換櫃辦業務也會請門口的姊姊先幫我抽號碼牌、櫃前一步一步教我怎麼把app開通、我一些瑣碎的問題也是耐心回答,揪感心噎!
The day before yesterday, I went to handle foreign exchange and open Internet banking. I was a little surprised to see the comments below before going ~~ But! From entering the door to spraying body temperature and spraying alcohol to handling business at the counter, every member of the staff made me feel very intimate! There is a warm reminder, and the counter replacement business will also ask the sister at the door to help me draw the number plate first, and teach me how to open the app step by step before the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開戶等1個多小時還等不到,只有一個櫃檯能辦理,搞不懂是怎麼安排的,其他銀行就不會這樣,效率能加強嗎?
I can’t wait for more than an hour to open an account. There is only one counter that can handle it. If I don’t understand how it is arranged, other banks will not be like this. Can efficiency be enhanced?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我剛從景美分行離開,今天幫我承辦業務的田先生服務態度很差,一接手看到要做我的案件比較多筆就不高興,還跟隔壁那女生討論,很誇張,就連主管也一樣口氣很差,我就算拿了別分行的文件不方便處理可以好好講,那位女主管還用高8度音說有的沒有的,難到銀行不是服務業嗎?行員跟主管都差勁,還不如警衛來的親切有禮貌!!!
I just left the Jingmei branch. Today, Mr. Tian, who helped me with the business, had a poor service attitude. When he took over, he was unhappy to see that there were more cases for me. He also discussed with the girl next door, which was exaggerated, even the supervisor. The tone is also very bad. Isn't it difficult that the bank is not a service industry? The clerks and supervisors are bad, not as kind and polite as the guards! ! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 叫號非常慢,櫃檯一位郭小姐慢沒關係,讓熟人插隊(藉口是處理外匯?),輪到我了先到她跟前看她處理業務1分鐘才理會,態度很糟。
Calling is very slow. It doesn't matter if a Miss Guo is slow at the counter. She asks her acquaintance to jump in the queue (the excuse is to deal with foreign exchange?). It's my turn to go to her and watch her handle the business for 1 minute before paying attention. Her attitude is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/11/23 14:56 接到電話,女行員打電話也不說自己是誰,口氣很像剛起床充滿不耐煩,詢問email是否異動,結果根本就是行員一開始就寫錯。
後面跟她說因為要照顧新生兒無法出門,該怎麼辦,女行員回覆「沒關係,你再找時間到我們分行更正就好」,都已經說沒辦法出門了還提供這個回覆,感覺只是想快點講完電話交差了事,把問題丟回去給客人而已。最後還是我請她寄表單給我填寫,不然行員在過程中都沒有想要想辦法處理問題。
2021/11/23 14:56 After receiving the call, the female clerk didn’t say who she was. She said she was impatient when she just woke up and asked if the email was changed. The result was that the clerk made a mistake at the beginning.
Later, she told her what to do if she couldn’t go out because she wanted to take care of the newborn. The female traveller replied "It’s okay, you can find time to come to our branch to make corrections." She already said that she couldn’t go out and provided this reply. I just wanted to be quick After finishing talking on the phone, hand over the errand, and throw the question back to the guest. In the end, I asked her to send me the form to fill in, otherwise the clerks didn't want to find a way to deal with the problem during the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opened an account with them today and I was really impressed - I was worried because I had seen the earlier comments but they were really helpful.
Yes there was a bit of paperwork to get through, but my dual English/Irish nationality and my Irish Tax Status not being what they expected (required, officially), they didn't seem beuracratic - they spend some time checking, and they found that everything that was ok - definately not closed minds. They wanted to find solutions and we got it all done in under an hour. I did not experience any of the sitting around waiting between tickets that other people mentioned and I was watching the other people waiting after me - they seemed to be being looked after quickly and efficiently.
WARNING TO UK RESIDENTS: they may ask you for your UTR not NI number, I happened to know both but it is the 10-digit UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) they want. I also have an account with MegaBank and they were ok with the N.I. number, just a heads up.
10/10 - would reccomend. Wish I saw the name of the lady looking after me as I would like to praise her individually too.
