★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來這間美甲店,在輔大站附近(真的超級近,但是有一點點難找)體驗很不錯,美甲師服務態度也很好還會另外幫我拍照,擺拍超級認真!
This is the first time I came to this nail shop. It was near Fuda Station (it was really close, but it was a little hard to find), and the experience was very good. The service attitude of the manicurist was also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/3補一下洗完澡後未保養的指甲照,看到我的指甲被你們用成這樣,連真誠道歉都沒有,而我還要另外花時間花錢來處理被你們弄傷的指甲⋯⋯。重點不是錢的問題,而是你們技術和客服服務態度!做指甲過程對美甲師都很客氣,還是太客氣讓美甲師感到壓力?技術問題東扯西扯,磨甲造成的水溝對其他店美甲師來說是大忌,而你們只認為是個小疏失⋯⋯看來我們理念真的不同。祝您生意興隆!

從今年7月開始在這間用 每次都很難預約 不知道是不是故意飢餓行銷
11/7做890+300卸甲
11/29因右手食指斷甲 所以全卸 賴客服詢問時收300,結果到現場卸完跟我說要收400
12/11原本有預約,事情發生後已取消
卸完甲回家發現左手指甲有凹痕及凹洞,傳正面及側面照跟客服反應後他們解釋是修甘皮稍微帶過,這個凹痕只是淡淡高低差?修甘皮可以傷到真甲,可見專業度並不是很夠
收費偏貴,得到的是過年沒辦法做指甲的結果,傷到真甲卻不承認,還跟我說「真心希望您也真的不要再來?? 全店美甲師接到您壓力也很大⋯」現在是有問題都不能反應?真是謝謝你們的服務欸
你們要求刪除留言才要退費,其實我也不缺這筆錢,也告知你們不用退費也無所謂,這種差勁的服務態度我也頭一次遇到,到底有哪位客服會使用「?」「☺️」這些表情符號來回覆客訴及迴避自己的錯誤呢?你們傷害到我的指甲磨過薄,不願意好好處理,我也只能搬最低的道德標準:法律,來請求你們好好處理「前置作業傷害到我指甲造成凹痕」這個問題,既然你們使我的指甲造成損害且沒辦法回復原狀,那我也有權使用公權力要求你們求償吧?
7月至今反應問題:
第一次7/25來這做就遇到一個禮拜凝膠包到甘皮微掀,所以下次做想換另一位。
第二次因9/5、10/9是美甲師連續兩次延遲及直線粗細明顯不一,所以想換。
11/7 預約16:00結果客服登記18:00 是客服登記錯時間
這樣反應導致美甲師壓力大,那看來你們沒辦法接受自己的技術錯誤
服務過程全程都在看Netflix,拿觸控筆給我時和完成指甲時也有和她們表達感謝,這樣造成你們壓力我也是覺得問號

看到一年前評論有人指甲也是被妳們店磨到有非常深的凹痕,就了解我不是第一個也不會是最後一個,大家卸甲完記得好好檢查仔細唷?凹痕對該店並不算是大忌☺️

美甲師人很好速度算快也很細心,幾乎每個步驟都會詢問確認,因為我的指甲原先有水溝跟上次卸甲受傷,很怕這次做出來有影響,結果成品還不錯,但不知道是不是晚上所以感覺美甲師有點累,辛苦了,加上看評論或客服好像都會給建議,但我遇到的沒有,我選擇障礙想超久超不好意思?
