如果有負評的話,我相信這家店一定是負5顆星全滿 晚上9點到,遇到一個頭髮半白的阿伯店員,站在他面前可以當沒看見,只顧著算他的硬幣,跟他說要拿東西,一樣繼續不理算他的錢 真的等到受不了,問他還要算多久,竟然口氣很差的回我:算完為止阿! ??? 請問老闆請你來是為了算錢?你是會計嗎?明明是一個便利商店店員,講的自己的職業像是會計一樣,會不會太好笑,建議你要不要直接轉行算了? 更好笑的是,剛剛明明我就已經說要拿東西,店員回完我算完為止後,口氣更差的說:你站在那又不講你要幹嘛 ????? 我明明一開始就說要拿東西了,你都可以自動過濾掉當沒聽見? 是真的有老到該退休了嗎?如果有重聽成這樣,那我後面報的電話後3碼,不是也應該聽不到 不要把別人都當白癡耍,以為就你最聰明好嗎 況且客人站在你前面這麼久,就算都不開口,難道你不用主動問嗎?這不是服務業的最基本禮貌嗎? 難怪每次到這家便利店,除了跟我一樣拿貨的客人外,幾乎沒看過其他買東西的客人 在現在便利店這麼密集的情況下,店員像太上皇一樣拽到不行,我幹嘛不去別家店買東西,而要來這裡活受罪? 後面店員除了報金額外,全程沒再說過話,包括“謝謝”,連我的收據都不給我,上一位的收據店員也沒給,直接揉掉 =_=

去過這家兩次,店員的態度都不是很好,一位比一位的態度還要差,看了這間之前的評價很差竟然都沒改善?建議應該加強員工服務態度訓練!

一顆星都不想給、白髮店員(有可能是店長)態度極差、不講話也不理人、每次去取貨好像欠他幾百萬、要不是因為蝦皮、絕不會去的便利店。
