★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幾年來我家兩個小孩一直是這裡的客戶，買過儲值卡和無數雙孩童鞋，結果今天要去再買下一雙布鞋，店員（不太面熟）態度冷漠不耐煩，看了小孩腳上的鞋推測尺寸，說「是22的吧，沒有更大的了。」我問說可以幫忙量一下腳掌尺寸嗎？她兩手交叉在身前說「我們沒在幫客人量尺寸的。」然後也不打算介紹其他青少年的鞋款，還要我問了是否要更換到青少年系列才有更大尺寸，才冷冷回答一聲嗯。
既然老闆不缺這筆生意，我也不是沒有別的店家可選，決定以後列為拒絕往來戶。
For two years, my two children have been customers here. I have bought stored-value cards and countless pairs of children's shoes. As a result, I want to buy another pair of shoes today.
