★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然寫Tapas bar但卻是更驚喜的巴斯克Pinxtos ，是做工更細緻繁複的下酒菜，看似簡單的甜椒包鱈魚泥，懂的人就知道光要為甜椒脫皮、用橄欖油化鱈魚成肉嫩的泥，就得花多少時間，請多叫一份麵包，吃乾抹淨。巴斯克自治區內的Donostia 是世界上米其林星星最密集的地方，能在臺南吃到這些美食，真的很幸運?第一次來什麼都想試試，前台冰箱的冷食都是經典，從這裡開始選就對了。
調酒師兼服務人員，服務到位，而且他的無酒精調酒非常棒，不喝酒的人也能在這裡喝得開心。

作為一個薑汁狂熱者 黑夜巴斯克深得我心
淚珠炸雞 巴斯克破蛋 蒜香油泡蝦都很好吃
西班牙火腿可樂餅很特別
餐點很不錯 但是份量不大
如果是想來喝調酒 建議可以吃點東西再來
