我覺得這是一個很不好的客戶體驗。 我在2021年9月經由朋友的介紹,聯繫了歐力士公司的業務人員,請他報價特斯拉的Model 3,該業務人員給了我一張報價單,上方寫著9月30日前有效,並且給我特斯拉服務專員的聯繫方式,請我如果有特斯拉的問題可以聯絡此專員。 我在9月30日前下訂,但是下訂的費用與當時報價的費用截然不同,歐力士服務專員告訴我以特斯拉網站上的標價為主,該報價單屬於公版僅為參考使用。 這延伸出我必須要重新向我的公司會計討論相關買車與否的問題,導致先取消訂單之後再採購車輛。 在第二次下訂前,再度向該業務專員確認報價內容以及交車相關問題! 該專員表示,所有車子的部分會有租賃公司這邊聯繫好。 我只要負責穿美美的開開心心的去交車就可以了。 然而事實上是交車那一天,專員沒有聯繫好,在前一天才告訴我因為防疫的關係特斯拉禁止非車主以外的人陪同交車,所以我必須獨立完成所有交車作業。 (事實上是,特斯拉僅讓兩個人進入交車展間,其他人可以在外等候) 交車當天,交辦請租賃公司安排的隔熱紙,完全沒有聯繫,是我到現場交車以後現場在特斯拉店採買3M隔熱紙,在特斯拉現場安排到原廠指定貼隔熱紙的地方…..之後租賃公司才表示要請同仁協助安排貼隔熱紙作業。 3/26 車子割傷,出險~ 聯繫租賃公司收集以及提供相關資料,填報保險公司,其租賃公司表示將安排4月25號進場維修,屆時會有維修廠人員與我聯繫,一直到4月25號當天沒有人與我做任何聯絡。 4/20 在國道上輪胎出狀況,聯繫拖吊車前來救援,聯繫過程業務人員僅提供週邊資訊,要我自己聯繫,後來還發生拖車人員取款錯誤之烏龍事件。 延伸出後續拖車公司與租賃公司合作溝通等相關問題,我還要提供我的帳戶讓他們做退款⋯ 一次又一次的流程上的不確定性,造成客戶極大的困擾,以及對於本身專業度與服務度大打非常多的折扣! 原本以為日本公司的服務會比台灣公司來得好,我想不知道是我的認知錯誤還是我遇到的狀況比較多,真的不推~這個租賃公司服務非常不好!

Before placing the second order, confirm the quotation content and the delivery-related issues with the sales specialist again! The commissioner said that all parts of the car will be contacted by the rental company. I just need to be in charge of wearing Meimei and happily deliver the car. However, it was actually the day of delivery, and the commissioner didn’t get in touch. He told me the day before that because of the epidemic prevention, Tesla prohibits people other than the owner of the car to accompany the delivery, so I had to complete all delivery operations independently. (In fact, Tesla only allows two people to enter the delivery booth, others can wait outside) On the day of delivery, I handed over the thermal insulation paper arranged by the leasing company, and there was no contact at all. After I delivered the car at the scene, I bought 3M thermal insulation paper at the Tesla store on the spot, and arranged for the original factory designated thermal insulation on the Tesla site. The place where the paper is placed... Only after that the leasing company said that it would ask colleagues to assist in arranging the work of sticking heat insulation paper. 3/26 The car was cut and in danger~ Contact the leasing company to collect and provide relevant information, and fill in the insurance company. The leasing company said that it will arrange to enter the site for maintenance on April 25th. At that time, there will be maintenance staff to contact me, and no one has done anything with me until April 25th. connection. On 4/20, there was a tire condition on the national road. I contacted the tow truck for rescue. I contacted the process sales staff to provide only surrounding information. Extending the follow-up tow company and the leasing company cooperation and communication and other related issues, I also have to provide my account for them to make a refund... The uncertainty in the process again and again has caused great trouble for customers, and greatly discounted their professionalism and service! I originally thought that the service of the Japanese company would be better than that of the Taiwanese company. I wonder if it was my cognitive error or I encountered more situations. I really don’t recommend it~ This rental company’s service is very bad!
