連一顆星都不想給。新冰箱用不到一年，震動的聲音超大聲，是震到都可以聽到裡面玻璃瓶的碰撞。有夠誇張，還是一台日本進口五門的。 服務也讓人很無言，來修了四次，最後說這樣的聲音是正常的，還強調「說明書上有寫，會有震動聲音」。反問他們，如果是正常的為什麼來修的前三次都沒說，他們說是為了客戶滿意度⋯⋯ BTW，爸媽家用日立，公司是用Toshiba的品質真的較好，有比較有差，非常後悔買國際牌的。

新品瑕疵維修竟然要等兩三週，而不是換新，這個服務也太扯…

Using their TK-A63 model Ion water purifier I have found that the water in Taipei at times is brutally hard and at times my home supply might be influenced by the water towers that provide storage for users. During a dry spell there was a need to clean the water tower and the maintanence was thorough but carries the burden of waste water removal not able to be completely drained. Due to residual sediment my water lines had a foul scent for a few days and this meant my water lines.and filters all suffered the effect. As the Panasonic water purifier was plugged in some residual drain got into the input source water line along side of all the other line for the bathroom.s amd kitchen and these lines as well as the filter and connecters needed to be changed out. Fortunately, as the components are proprietary, the service center is just a few minutes away and surprisingly they had almost everything we needed immediately available. No waiting. I was set to do a change out and back to the great water that comes out of the purifier. Friendly service, even though parts can be expensive, makes doing your own repairs and getting up and running quickly, a prompt breeze, thanks to the availability and accessibility provided by Panasonic.
