★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8/5停車進去，8/6辦理月租6000，理應租期為一個月，但停車場說8/5還未辦理必須算臨停，9/1租約已到期也需收費，非常不合理。
而且月租比附近的停車場貴1000，裡面還髒髒舊舊有蟑螂和很濃的油煙煎魚味！
Parked on 8/5 and rented 6000 on 8/6. It should be rented for one month. However, the parking lot said that it must be temporarily stopped and the lease on 9/1 has expired, which is very unreasonable.
Moreover, the monthly rent is 1,000 more expensive than the nearby parking lot, and it is still dirty and old with cockroaches and a strong smell of fried fish in oily smoke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 交通位置蠻不錯的停車場，要從林森北路轉557巷進入，巷子不大，但是單行道所以沒有會車問題，地下坡道平面車位，空間算好停，收費在這附近算合理，要特別注意，最高收費上限是有分時段的，08:00-18:00收費上限170元，但若跨時段會再加其它時段的費用。
A parking lot with a good traffic location. You have to turn to Lane 557 from Linsen North Road. The alley is not big, but there is no traffic problem due to the one-way street. The underground ramp has a flat parking space and the space is good. The charge is reasonable near here. Note that the maximum charge limit is divided into time periods, 08:00-18:00 charge cap is 170 yuan, but if it crosses time, other time periods will be added.
