She make sure I am comfortable with what style and cut I want. She also understands that hair on foreigners can be quite different from Asian hair.

I additionally also got a hair repair treatment for the first time in my life and have super smooth and silky hair now.

She went through the colors which would suit me the most and recommended some products which will keep my hair healthy. She is very patient and makes sure that you understand the whole process. Moreover, she speaks English very well!
Generally, everything went smoothly. She did a great job and I love how my hair came out!

They patiently handled my curly and excessively long hair with great care and expertly did a 3-stage color highlighting that helped bring out a natural sun-kissed 3D effect to my brunette locks, along with a dry trim (best way to trim curly hair - thank you!).
