當初大學在英國看到PAZZO的時候,就很欣賞這家電商。 回國後就開始光顧,接者Meier Q創立,覺得他的品質又更好一些,於是成為兩個品牌的忠實主顧,就這樣8年過去,很相信客服的服務跟退款機制。不過近2年除了衣服材質讓我不敢再討教之外,我覺得這是身為消費者,無從批評。 最近一次消費,因為材質的問題全數退貨,卻收到客服指控說內附的贈品口罩盒有刮傷,要強制購買,我認為金額不是問題,而是我從頭到尾都沒有打開過的東西,何來會刮傷物品,一再向客服申明後,還是強制消費者負擔,直到說要以公理來解決此爭議,才回覆「此次特例受理,下次請多注意」,完全不理會消費者的申明。以公司公關角度來看,因為一個售價199元的口罩盒,誣賴一個老客戶,我覺得是相當不明智的行為。過兩周,打算從此不想再消費支持,想申請購物金結算時,才發現總訂單兩千多元的金額,卻只收到9百多元的退款,讓我覺得過去幾年的消費,是我應該仔細查看貴司的退款機制是否有問題。 也在此提醒消費者,要對自己帳戶仔細查看,並且收到所有物品都要拍照。

買過好幾次了,官網有待加強! 想要多買 取消訂單重新再下單 時間也沒有隔很久 都顯示無法取消訂單 傳訊息給客服已讀都沒有人回 感覺很差!Line的官網寫IG會回覆 可是到了ig的官網卻寫說私訊一律不回覆 滿頭問號是在耍消費者嗎 不要跟我說人手不夠,結帳出貨都有人手 取消訂單就沒人手嗎?
