The clerk informs me that the locomotive will arrive at the store at 8:30 in the evening Because it's late So I asked if I can pick up the goods the next day The clerk informs that a storage fee will be charged for picking up the next day But the clerk called to inform that it was the second day after the locomotive arrived at the store to pick up the locomotive Ask him why he didn’t call for so many hours in the morning, but did not notify him until 9 o’clock in the evening. The clerk actually said it was too busy:) Just ask what keeps you busy until you make a phone call all day to inform guests that there is no time to pick up the locomotive. Informed that the pick-up time is so late. If the customer is unable to pick up the car, he will need to pay a storage fee. Is it the customer’s problem? Isn’t the clerk responsible for his own negligence :) I don’t think it’s too much to give one star:)
