★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今晚去德安地下室，看到一家新開越南料理店，在以前紅樹林鐵板燒，點了一碗紅燒牛肉米線，服務員服務還可以，但是整個餐點完全不行，湯頭太淡完全沒味道，米線太爛沒口感，最重要點的紅燒牛肉整個感覺就像真空調理包，下次不會在考慮了
I went to the basement of De'an tonight and saw a newly opened Vietnamese restaurant. In the past, Mangrove Teppanyaki ordered a bowl of braised beef rice noodles. The waiter service was ok, but the whole meal was not good at all, and the soup was too light and tasteless. The rice noodles are too rotten and tasteless. The most important point, the braised beef, feels like a real air conditioning package. I won’t be thinking about it next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境乾淨，板娘親切。不過涼拌米線味道層次感不足，每種食材的味道都是分開的，沒有被融合在醬汁的味道內，醬汁稍嫌少了一點，甜味也不夠明顯。涼拌青木瓜絲缺少辣味跟酸味。紅燒河粉的湯頭還可以，不會太油膩。
The environment is clean and the lady is kind. However, the taste of cold rice noodles is not enough. The taste of each ingredient is separate and not integrated into the taste of the sauce. The sauce is a little less, and the sweetness is not obvious enough. The salad green papaya shreds lacks spicy and sour taste. The braised hor fun soup is ok, not too greasy.
