店經理賴小姐也在現場，沒有立即介入處理，只會冷眼旁觀，事後又說人員會再教育，詢問如何處理，一直跳針說會再教育，請上級主管打電話回覆客訴，3小時過去了，一點回應都沒有，原來寶雅一點都不重視客訴，拒絕再去寶雅消費。
過了28小時依然沒有主管處理客訴，主管可能都出國旅遊了吧！
