拿了東西回去,搖飲料,背蓋塑膠模竟然直接破掉,全身黏呼呼,太過分了吧?
針對以上留言,我得到的回應:
給負評就是希望店家改進,但我得到的卻是質疑和威脅?
我敢做敢當,我說話有憑有據也不怕,就是沒碰撞直接拿回家安安穩穩放在桌上,拿起來搖一搖,開開心心準備拿來喝,結果一搖直接封模破開?全身都是草莓歐雷...我真的欲哭無淚,反應後沒有道歉也就算了,還被質疑後,說要保留法律追溯權?
刑法第310條誹謗罪:「意圖散布於眾,而指摘或傳述足以毀損他人名譽之事者,為誹謗罪,將處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或500元以下罰金。」
但是「對於所誹謗之事,能證明其為真實者,不罰。」
沒錯,我確實情緒化用了破店二字,過分了,我也有錯,但是我針對店,針對此行為,不針對人,只需要合理的解釋和道歉改進,希望店家別用律法來嚇唬人,我有憑有據說話,東西確實是“破”了。
大家都是文明人,我花錢,你賺錢,我拿到的東西卻給了我很不好的印象,反應後卻是這樣的結果?我同理心,看到你們動作慢悠悠的,忍了不說,不想把氣氛搞糟,但是產品問題也不能說嗎?那為什麼要給消費者開評論的機制,實話實說還要被威脅...
還有圖五所謂的SOP,我看到的是:
首先製作流程,我知道可能新產品很不熟,跑去看製作流程,做很慢,但是說的SOP是把打的果汁一直往返飲料杯和果汁機倒來倒去,先打了幾秒又倒入杯子,看了一下,又把飲料放入果汁機再打,來來回回幾次?要是不只我一位客人,我要等多久...這是這款飲料的SOP,我現在才知道?我爸爸怕我被欺負下來問到底要多久,就沒有一個門市人員理他,把我爸爸當空氣,我不想讓爸爸生氣,鬧得大家難堪,勸了爸爸,我拿到飲料,想說飲料好喝就好,什麼都不打算計較了,結果你的產品給我巨大的驚喜,濕身秀?
最後,客服主管有來道歉,態度很好,希望彌補客人,我接受。然而,你們門市除了懷疑客人,還有上面回覆保留法律追訴權,還會做什麼?
