完全不像我在南家鄉吃到的手工米苔目
今天吃到，相當感動
這個才是米做的米苔目~~
油蔥，韭菜，簡單，好滋味
嘴邊肉，貢丸蛋花湯都很不錯
滷肉飯就不是我個人喜愛的口味了

湯味不俗，調味淡了一點。
一撮油蔥提味，兩片豬瘦肉添味。
頭骨肉，軟嫩但味淡，自然鮮甜味因回燙而流失了。
Tommy Teme, homemade, delicious and authentic.
The soup tastes good and the seasoning is lighter.
A pinch of scallion for flavor, and two slices of lean pork for flavor.

是用蘿蔔湯頭熬煮出來的
一喝就知道偶爾還會吃到一點蘿蔔塊
油蔥香味大大加分
米苔目算是比較軟嫩的那種
中規中矩
一旁的醬料台有辣油、辣椒醬油跟辣椒醬
辣油是吃的到香椒麻香的（不辣）
辣椒醬油微辣
辣椒醬牌子寫很辣我是覺得還好啦！
配辣油那罐幾匙真的超好吃
很推薦愛吃辣的人
吃有點太飽了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很感動能吃到自己小時候的米苔目，只有純米做的米苔目才會在加入挫冰後從QQ的口感便成硬硬的不Q口感，這個跟現在常見用其他不知名的澱粉做的非純米米苔目即使加入挫冰後還是很Q的米苔目是很不一樣的。另外黃色的粉粿也是跟小時候吃的完全一樣，整個是讓人感動不已。
