★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 由於公司就在松江南京附近，為了拯救自己因上班怠惰而逐漸變形的身材，在這帶尋覓體驗了幾家健身房後，最後選擇了Refine.
Refine的空間寬敞明亮，良好的空調系統，在地下室也完全不會感覺悶。
健身器材很新維護良好，盥洗室也非常乾淨舒適（很重要，運動完沖澡對我是必須！）
而我選擇的1對1教練是老王教練，除了非常專業之外，親切的對應，隨時注意學員的狀況，會適時鼓勵學員稱讚表現，開的課表讓我能感覺到有確實操練，也有逐步達成目標。
總之，如果想改善自己體態跟身體狀況，真的很推薦來體驗看看！?

The fitness equipment is new and well maintained, and the bathroom is very clean and comfortable (very important, a shower after exercise is a must for me!)
The one-to-one coach I chose is Coach Pharaoh. In addition to being very professional, he is very professional and gracious. He always pays attention to the situation of the students and encourages them to praise their performance. The class schedule allows me to feel that there is a solid practice and a step-by-step approach. goal achieved.
In short, if you want to improve your posture and physical condition, I really recommend it to experience it! ?

I went to find Lao Wang yesterday for the first time. I don’t know the name of the nearest store manager, but he is very tall and handsome. The key is very enthusiastic and patient. Lao Wang is my one-on-one coach. I have plenty of experience and the teaching method is indeed effective. I didn’t take a photo in the store.
