我先繳費60元沒停滿3小時（17：30分進20：17分繳費-至少也有10分鐘離場時間吧！），然後用一用其他事，開車去也才不到7分鐘，要我再繳20元...才能離場。
重點沒有標示牌要繳費後5分鐘內離場，非常大的缺失，沒有放告知牌告知正常都10分鐘內離場的。
地主我沒有要你退20元的意思（是我繳費後沒有馬上離開，是小的過錯），但我想麻煩您貼一下告示牌告知後續的客戶，不然有些人會倒霉再多付二十元。
