這間就是以前的橞科烏龍麵,後來改名了,而師傅楊先生是康信和廣的弟子。進去的第一個感覺是濃濃的禪風,今天點了涼麵,蔬菜天婦羅和原味烏龍麵,涼麵的筋道真是帶勁的沒話說,一口接一口停不下來。至於天婦羅上面灑了些許海鹽,炸過的口感恰到好處,連牛蒡都讓我吃了回味無窮。在來是烏龍麵,這裡烏龍麵是屬於扁型寬度稍窄點,口感軟中帶筋,如果要吃筋性很足的請吃涼麵,至於湯頭真沒話說,喝下去整個心靈有如沈澱般的寧靜,真的很好喝,店家灑了很多的京水菜,但湯頭有時會有芥末的味道,不知是不是京水菜的原因,但那芥末味不搶湯味,就好像突然來了一點驚豔又消失的無影無終,這碗麵真的是楊師傅對於做好一件事最好的寫照。 這間價格偏高但值得一吃,適合真正懂吃的人過來,這裡也偏安靜所以可能要稍微有點素養一下,因為唯有沈靜的心才能與食物做交流。

我來推薦好去處啦!這次是食的部分~ 有別於其他烏龍麵餐廳,他們家的烏龍麵是手工切的唷,麵條比較細,不是圓圓粗粗的那種。 雖然最近很熱但是很lucky有吃到冬季限定的烏龍麵!麵條是扁寬麵條非常特別~我痣己點了泡菜烏龍麵,麵條蠻有彈性der。 再來是好吃的點心做為完美ending, 因為一上桌就被我們秒殺,所以沒有照片, 紅酒番茄消暑必點,芝麻豆腐敲級好吃~~~口感只能自己體會無法言喻,最後,如果你是吃素或是最近有點便秘,不想大魚大肉的捧油,推薦你們來「子梧桐」喔! p.s. 店在小巷裡有點難找,當時精誠路走三遍不誇張。
