★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit disappointed as certain section was like a warehouse with no light. The stairs to the second level was quite steer and dangerous for adults to get up and down, not to mention small kids. Some exhibits were quite informative but still feel not worth the trouble to visit.
However the train track just behind the building was lovely for kids who love trains. They got to see many trains passed by during our short visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of a “forced” attraction in a quiet little town. Contains some traces of history of rice processing in the area. Hardly any crowd at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite amazed by the level of preservation they had here. Pretty much everything related to rice were captured here, including the history of how this place was saved. Nothing deep but you can definitely take a close look at the Instruments full of history. Not the best place if you want some morden comfy or friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great trip. The building and the history are amazing. The rice processor was the biggest in Yilan county. The entry fee is $50 but they will give you a free drink and you can have 20% off if you go to Yilan museum in the same year.
