★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update : the after sales service on Facebook page is extremely helpful. She is very kind and responsive. (not the instagram tho) they let me change a new purse from their shop. Their Facebook after sales deserves a 5starts. ❤️
Staff are very impolite and annoying.
I bought one purse which cost 890ntd on 19 Aug and guess what on 27 Aug I start using it and on 28 Aug which is today. I realise my coins are disappearing! And I found a big hole in my purse coins compartment!!!
And I called them 3 times, nobody bothered to answer!!!
工作人员超不友善，又很没有耐心。
我8月19号买了一个890台币的钱包，
8月27号开始使用，8月28号发现我的硬币一下消失一下出现，然后！！！我发现我的钱包里有一个大洞！！！打电话3次没人接！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star for the endless following by the staff. Told her I'll just take a look (theres also a huge crowd in the store) but she ended following me around even though I was clearly on my phone (helping a friend buy)
And she was also listening in to our conversations. I get that they want to be friendly and stuff but not all customers likes to be attended to that way.
On the flip side the bags are quite nice and thus the 3 stars.

I wish i pronounce their correct name. i would like to say both of them are really so helpful and friendly. I was staying at the about 2-3 hour. Both of them are very patient to me , recommended the product that me looking for. I would like to say they are really a very
good staff. Appreciate that. I will be back and look for them again ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were introduced to this brand from advertisement in FB. So we visited this outlet in XMD. Their service was so prompt, friendly and willingness to assist. This led to us making happy purchases. There were items on sales that we were so happy checking out items on sales and those new arrivals. Have to say the quality in the products are good. With designs that may not be able to find elsewhere. The price is so reasonable too.
