★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為是米做的，所以口感上偏軟，比較沒有像一般bagel一樣的嚼勁跟彈性。不過味道很好，特別推薦黑巧克跟馬告乳酪。黑巧克的巧克力不會太甜，配茶當早餐剛好可以中和一點甜味；馬告乳酪是用真的馬告，不是單純的胡椒，所以剛吃的幾口會有淡淡的檸檬味。

The black chocolate is not too sweet, and when served with tea for breakfast, it can neutralize a little bit of sweetness.
