★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因應北投士林科技園區都市計畫而利用畸零地建立的小型公園，南方是文林抽水站，西側是福裕宮，東邊則是磺溪堤防，北面則是新建的集合式住宅，若以設備來說，可能因腹地問題，只有坐位區，活動的設施也少，多半是老人休憩的地方，也有公共廁所，至於那個太陽能發電系統，好像有跟沒有一樣，沒有任何數值出來，立個指示牌給民眾看的用意，實在是難以理解；即使是陽光普照的日子也沒發出半毛電，環保能源可以做，但不一定需要立個即時顯示的告示牌，更何況數值上也沒產生任何能源。
