Friendly and professional service. I am a regular to this shop since 2005 and now visit about every other month.

Poor service at Aveda Men’s salon. Two days before the booked haircut, the designer called to convince us to change time, but we can’t rearrange our schedule so prefer to keep the booked time. On the day ，unfortunately the designer happened to be sick, and Aveda kindly informed us by message, we are truly touched⋯⋯ We couldn’t reach such attentive service at Tokyo or anywhere else in the world.

Can tell from the decor this is a men's salon. The designer and I didn't have much conversation nor the Aveda product intro. We just went through it with little interaction. I know some people might want to have a quiet moment at the haircut, but I do wish to have some small talk instead of just being silent.

The best haircut I have ever had and not the most expensive one, although it's still at the expensive end of the spectrum. TWD 1600 included a head and back massage and obviously, the haircut. The head massage I had here is even better than the ones I had in spa. Usually I need to be the one who mention that imbalance of hair at the end, but this time the hairdresser took care of it. She cut my hair at 3 different stages, before washing my hair, after washing, and after applying hair gel to ensure it's perfectly done. If I ever pass by Taipei, I'll definitely come back.

This hair salon is fantastic! The staff are amazing, the setting is perfect, the service is excellent. It is a comfortable place with creative decor and theming, from the luxury cabinetry, to the stainless steel walls, to the rustic kayak features out front. The Barber who did my hair, Stan, was truly fantastic, and was probably the best that I have ever had, anywhere. Between the friendly chat (in English), and the wonderful service for oil, hair wash, hair cut, and styling, I would highly recommend anyone to come back and try this place. It is a bit more expensive than the quick cuts you might get at a roadside shop, but it is worth it for the service and treatment. Time wise, it’s not nearly as fast as a barber would be in Canada or the US, so instead of spending 30 mins, make sure you plan on spending about 90mins here, but the whole experience is quite nice. I will do again, and in fact as already booked for my next appointment!

I went to Rugged Aveda to get hair wash. Stan was helping me. I really enjoy the service and the experiences was far exceeded my expectation. It was so comfortable and relaxing. I will highly recommend her service to any of my friend.
