Everyone decided to use the cherry blossom elevators after comparing the labor. It has been used for about half a year. I think the maintenance master is very professional, friendly, and worthwhile. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pit less elevator arrived and installed 6 weeks ago, salesman left company after CNY, no one in company has contacted me, and even after visiting office, on one can tell me installation update, even after calling and speaking to their representative twice.
i am prepared to ask for full refund, plus penalties, and take my hard earn cash somewhere else.
4 weeks after this posting, technicians finally arrived to hand-over the keys. during that same week, the elevator got stuck again .... took over 7 hours from initial service call to arrival. something is seriously wrong with their process. wonder how many others had the same experience in recent months
