★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8／27去電說明冷氣問題，8／28師傅來檢測，說是壓縮機的熱排壞了，適逢星期五，所以又等了兩天，星期一另一位師傅來拆壓縮機說要送修，有問一下大概需要幾天，當下有說約四・五天，等到星期五還沒好，去電問說還沒好，星期一再去電，說八月底工廠盤點不接維修，所以9／2才送進工廠，前後已經兩個禮拜了，還是等不到冷氣。炎炎夏日我知道冷氣維修會比較多，我也很信任你們要把冷氣修好的態度，但是像這樣進廠要等那麼久，我下次真的不考慮請你們服務了。
