門口戴方框眼鏡胖警衛態度極差，下雨天去接人，只是請求幫忙把雨具那進去給要接的人，一副死人樣說什麼我在執勤欸，然後繼續靠在那裡站著不做事爽領薪水，要請坐在裡面的保全幫忙拿一下他也在那插話我們要執勤？一個人不夠你顧門口嗎？幫忙拿一下進去好像要你老命，難怪肚子這麼大，跟我說叫他出來，我回外面在下雨欸出來會淋濕，他竟然回我這是我的問題嗎？？不然是我的問題？我可以進去我就自己拿進去了還要你幫忙？薪水小偷

待過那麼多公司 耀華是最爛的 公司不但沒有制度（對待新人的教育訓練） 薪水是勞基法的最低薪資外 還不給人加班 公司的老手更是爛到有剩又沒人拿他怎樣 什麼都不教還全部推給新手 態度又傲慢惡劣 然後上班不給人休息時間的 雖然工作沒到很累 不過有時在趕量時連喝口水的時間都沒有 然後中午吃飯只有30分鐘 也是根本超敢 對於這種公司 大家進去前三思啊啊 錢少到靠北 又做到滿肚子氣

新人只會像一顆皮球一樣，被踢來踢去，剛進去沒人願意帶，這邊的人說沒新人能做的事叫我去另一邊，另一邊說沒板子就我原地等待，不然就是機台保養需要護目鏡，卻不幫新人準備護目鏡，然後說新人幫不上忙，只會站在一旁不做事，以試用期不適用為由要新人簽離職單離開，上班完全沒有任何休息時間！中午吃飯還只有半小時能吃而已，待五六樓以上的光走樓梯來回地下不到一樓的餐廳就要花十分鐘，排隊打餐完在吃飯剩下的時間根本不能好好咀嚼消化，要進去工作的人請三思。

One of my company biggest customers. And they are one of my company Taiwan customer as well.

I’ve work here for 2 months and live at the factory dorm. The first day i work they treat me as if I’m a small kids and so i keep asking how that machine work (this and that...) so i quite understand how the machine work. Then the second day they ask me to work at the large machine so I understand how to operate it and yet they just ask me to operate it just for 2 hours and they change me to other machine and so on (keep changing). Suddenly they move me to the other districts and since that time i hate this job they ask me to move around and see who finished their and bring that to XXXXX,it quite tiring but not complain yet from me because i think maybe it normal, yet I don’t do any mistake another fellow workmate keep complaining what I’m doing they said that I’m not working well just sleeping at the back (what I keep walking and transferring things why you saying sth you do instead).he/she(better not tell) just siting down at the back and gossiping, and report me instead,but funny that when the foreman wanted to move me to other place he/she keep insisting that i stay there. Maybe the reasons there is needed lot of workers here is because people can’t resist how the factory works standing up for 8 hours non stop 30 minutes extra inspections when you are going home. The dorm is so so if you just student 3000~4000 2 months but still worth than renting apartments 10000 per month I’m quite lucky to find this job and unlucky to work at sector I’m bad at. More info: each sector has it’s foreman just to tell some foreman care about you and some just keep complaining at you when you do nothing wrong and base on the procedure. Recommendations: (owner,CEO,HR)please have more meting with your foreman[face to face]have worker Overalls this company is so so for me because i have seen far more worst company. Just need to have more concerns about people around not just earning and stay at your nice office because i have seen your rating getting worse. Keep it up. Update 8/27 finally i out from this factory and maybe i know who is the black sheep behind this all. There is lots of office agent who bring worker here and lots of it is rotten (lots:not all). They take some money from worker i think because lots of my friend have different bonus salaries. Before we enter our job they said the bonus salaries when you never absent will be 3000NT but when we receive it it was different some got 2k to 100NT It’s funny because they treat definitely? My room mate ask his coworker and they said it usually around 4k but that for old workers only (maybe) because he work there for long time it increases he said. We don’t know who is the black sheep but i just assume it the agency. If there is next time i will never work here it hard. Check the rating of factory before applying to it
