雞湯裡融合了海鮮的鮮甜，炙烤過後的豬叉燒很好吃，干貝及蛤蜊都完美呈現了它們的鮮甜原味
店家態度友善，會主動幫忙擦桌、放置隔板並詢問口味的調整，桌上也有寫得十分詳細的加料/加麵規則，日後定會再次拜訪

第一次吃到蛤蜊拉麵，湯頭加上蛤蜊的鮮味意外很搭?
可樂餅炸的剛剛好但內餡如果再濕潤一點或是佩點醬會更棒
老闆跟店員都很親切～

麵的選擇不多，但看起來都挺可口，有別家店家少見的蛤蜊與干貝，算有自己特色，只是我這次還是先保守的選了醬油口味加秘製辣醬（是說這個以後可以寫在菜單上，不然貼在那個位置很不明顯），麵條選擇是硬
整體的口味我覺得算中上，湯頭喝得出雞湯的味道，不會讓辣醬過於搶鏡，麵條表現中規中矩，雖然湯頭不濃，但還是有巴上湯頭的味道，配菜雖然玉米筍有炙燒過，但還是吃得出一點生味，另外有附上糖心蛋了，則兩個鵪鶉蛋就顯得有點多餘，拿掉改多放點青蔥或洋蔥或許更提味
叉燒不算大塊，但數量夠且有炙燒過的味道，肉質軟嫩口味不錯
整個用餐體驗是好的，之後晚下班會再考慮來試試其他口味的拉麵吧
