★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love the decor of Saute, minimally decorated with occasional hues of purple grey and bursts of greenery. Food is locally sourced and prepared with just enough seasoning. One of their favorite ingredients is 桂丁雞(organic grain fed chicken), and they're less oily, thinner skinned, with a fresh sweetness. Saute is slightly understaffed now as they're currently in soft opening, so staff is running around the place. However, once you have their attention they're more than willing to help with patrons' needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept of the restaurant, 'European cuisine made with Taiwanese local ingredients', is amazing and perfectly executed. A lot of familiar local to TW in season vegetables interpreted innovatively with Western seasoning.
Very tasty! Portion is really generous but still maintains a high level of quality. Great for sharing.

Food looks pretty and tastes really delicious.
Staff are well trained but not robotic.
Highly recommend this place. Would strongly suggest ordering the chicken rolls dish and stewed rice.
Will come back again ！
