企	企鵝 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 業務說法不一，買床墊要場勘時也騙我們說師傅說可以先看照片再決定要不要場勘，實際上是自己內部人員判斷，結果現場師傅說搬不進去，需要很大力的又擠又彎才能把床墊就定位，那可是我們的新婚新床耶!一星是因為床墊師傅努力找方法解決而且努力不折我們的床雖然最後還是折了，不然連一星都不想給。現在不是床墊能不能折的問題而是銷售人員在服務上的不誠實!! The sales staff told me that the elevator might not be able to squeeze, and suggested that I take the stairs. The floor fee also applied for half of the reduction for me (half absorbed by their company, by the way, I bought the crown series!) The comments below saw that some people didn't want to be squeezed into the elevator because they were new beds, so why didn't they pay the floor fee themselves? I don't believe that the clerk didn't explicitly imply that you should take the stairs, and if you want to be concave, don't blame everything!
