★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It gets a little crowded during lunch, but staff were still very friendly and attentive, and seated me quickly even if I was alone (contrarily to what other people have said).
They offer "business lunch" Monday through Friday, and all-day-brunch. The menu is partly in English (enough to understand what you are ordering) and the staff was helpful explaining everything.
I got the egg benedict brunch, which comes in a hearthy portion with 2 drinks, freshly made sides and a strange purple potato mash.
Even though the price may feel a little steep, both the taste and the quality of the food was good, so well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, staff very nice even they forgot to return us water, her smile look very nice. Price relatively high but it's worth . That rice a bit spicy but still acceptable. The crab super delicious, should try. Unlimited refill of drink,I I ordered a hot red lemon tea, staff helpful , keep asking to see if we need more bread or refill drinks. Food quality is good. Should try if you have chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second Floor Cafe is a fusion restaurant and has a lot of branches. This time around it seems like they changed some parts of their menu. We went to the one in Shida since it is the nearest one to Guting. The ambiance is very nice and there are two floors. Takeout is available and foreign credit cards are generally allowed but this time around, we used cash since they were having some problems with their POS machine. They also speak English and a menu in English is also available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It reminds me of foods from the states. Full of flavors but a bit too much to consider healthy though. We ordered salads, both salads plates were loaded with excessive dressing, no complaints on taste, but my brain kept telling me to watch out loaded calories on every bite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This second floor cafe is the best one I’ve visited. Inner space design makes me impressive, it larger than your first view from outside and is bright, well guidance direction, you won’t confused how to go to your seat even you are first time to here. And it is a little bit sad that been noticed they will change menu at July this year, so there’re some dishes are not providing. About service, no doubt as well as the other series, never makes me disappointed. Hope keep continue and new menu, recommend guys to visit here if you want to have a great meal no matter when it is!
