Kitchen staff went on noon break still missing final soup.
No apology from management.

The dishes were all amazing, especially the crispy chicken.
We had 6 dishes including 1 crispy chicken and the portion was just right.
Recommend the tofu cuisine as well. It is special and remarkable.
One thing you should know though :
Almost every dish emphasize a little bit too much on the smooth and tang. So, a little bit over seasoning for some people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply amazing food. Master chef level cooking here. The sausages are made on site, not bought. The quality is superb. One of the best restaurants around. I've dined in many Micheline starred restaurants across the globe, this one can hold itself among the best of them. No gimmicks here, simple cooking made to perfection. Those that cook will taste the difference.
