★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務親切熱心尤其是警衛雖在二樓但如無法爬樓梯像我和媽媽就可以跟一樓職員講一聲會帶我們去坐電梯下來也坐電梯下來，每個職員服務都很好專業
The service is kind and enthusiastic, especially if the guards are on the second floor, but if they ca n’t climb the stairs, like me and my mother, they can talk to the staff on the first floor and take us to and from the elevator. Each staff is very professional and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 合庫北寧分行才從南京東路四段 (和北寧路交接處的大樓) 搬到八德路三段 97號(隔八德路三段99巷的對面是“全國電子”) 不久。已經開始營業。
來這兒辦理更換印鑒的事，櫃檯區在二樓，縱然有電梯，還是稍微不大方便。
服務人員還蠻親切的。
Heku Beining Branch moved from Section 4 of Nanjing East Road (the building at the junction of Beining Road) to No. 97, Section 3 of Bade Road (the opposite of Lane 99, Section 3 of Bade Road is "National Electronics"). It is already open for business.
Come here to handle the replacement of the seal. The counter area is on the second floor. Even if there is an elevator, it is not very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 已經跟兩名工作人員表明要開薪資戶，等了老半天到櫃檯第一句被問住哪裡？也不說清楚原因跟條件就問住哪裡？回答後才說被主管機關稽查開戶要地緣性，拒絕我開戶。難道從租屋處騎車不用10分鐘就到的分行沒有地緣性嗎？浪費人時間。
