五星級的飯店如此一般般 先說喜宴餐廳服務生好了 每個服務都不好… 等忙自己的事情 每道餐點還沒吃完就急著收走 被問到煩請他們收走 因為上面還有食物 所以分裝小盤子過來 發現內容量減少了.. 分裝也能縮水… 再來是菜色與價位不符合 一桌兩萬多的宴席 端出來完全沒價值 跟一般小炒店差不多 完全沒有裝飾美觀 比去海產店吃還不值得6千…. 真的沒感覺是在五星級飯店用餐? 服務差、菜色差、價位過高 那樣的服務跟菜色 我給5000? 宮廟的平安宴都比這2萬多菜色好

訂房前已告知住房人數及會有孩童隨行,但房間備品仍只給2人,告知客服人員,語氣不屑的問 :「你還要什麼備品?除了牙刷,其他都要付費」!基本的牙刷、毛巾、拖鞋不是本來確定人數時就該備好的嗎?若沒有兒童拖鞋,也可以好好告知,服務態度真的另人以為來到廉價旅館? 飯店浴室清潔差,地板發霉也沒清乾淨!整體而言,是以後不會再光臨的飯店。

今天是吃2樓的餐廳,一顆星是給門口的裝潢,第二顆星是給辛苦的服務人員,其他的連提都不用了,完全不值得

2021/9/11-9/12 兩天一夜,台北到新竹高鐡快閃小旅遊。 帶著一個小學二年級的孩子,來這裡放風。 遊戲室沒有很大,但玩樂氣氛很棒,還送孩子DIY的材料包,可以帶回家玩喔! 感謝餐廳的服務人員,特地為吃素的我們,特地抄了一盤蔬菜,盛晏自助餐廳的早餐有各式麵包、蛋糕、果汁、咖啡,都相當豐富。 房間為一張特大雙人床,還有浴缸?! 坐高鐵過來,可以從新竹高鐵坐免費接駁車來飯店。今天颱風天,加上自己沒有交通工具情況下,選擇步行大約10分鐘可到的「跳潮運動會館」或坐計程車,帶小孩消耗體力。 ~感謝飯店櫃檯,提供旅遊資訊。 很棒的親子飯店!謝謝喜來登所有服務人員,我們有很棒的假期。

The room is a king-size double bed and a bathtub ?! If you come by high-speed rail, you can take a free shuttle bus from the Hsinchu high-speed rail to the hotel. Today, on a typhoon day, and when you have no transportation, you can choose to walk to the "Tide Sports Hall" which is about 10 minutes away or take a taxi. ~Thanks to the hotel counter for providing tourist information. Great family hotel! Thank you to all the service staff of Sheraton, we had a great vacation.

2022/02/12約莫11:20左右 粉色口罩的員工,可能是主管職 對待其他員工態度很差 還在顧客面前口氣不好「教導」其他員工 這就算了~ 當我們挑完麵包要結帳時 跟我們說等一下,然後再去教導另個女員工事情 Ok~我們不趕時間,沒關係 當那位粉罩員工忙回來後 請我們做實聯制 我詢問跟停車場進來和電梯旁的實聯制號碼不同嗎? 粉罩小姐口氣很差的說「我們各個場館實聯制不同」 當把我們的吐司裝袋時 我們才突然想到要麻煩她切 於是跟她告知抱歉,忘記說要切 粉罩小姐很不耐煩的說「沒有馬上吃不要切」 我們表示需要切! 當我們在討論切幾片比較好時 粉罩小姐又很無奈說「只能切四片」 一大早要出遊想說到喜來登買麵包 要開啟美好的早晨 完全被貴飯店的粉罩員工搞砸了好心情! 貴為五星級飯店,卻領受到這樣的服務品質 實在令人失望! 從停車場服務人員禮貌的接待 到進大廳聞到芳香的舒服精油香味 還一起討論了下次可以來住喜來登 結果就遇上這樣令人生氣的服務 真心覺得心情不好、不要帶到工作上 實聯式可以在我們一進去要準備挑麵包時 就請我們掃,同時跟我們告知因為個場館的實聯制不同 所以需要再次掃! 在我們找裝麵包的盤子時 也沒有主動指引我們 反而要我們詢問,然後人遠遠站在櫃檯跟我們說「在旁邊抽屜」 明明只有我們一組客人 但卻搞得沒時間服務客人? 同是做服務業,從來不會有「客人至上」、「客人的話就是真理」 反而會很體貼服務人員忙時出錯 但對於沒有服務熱忱跟服務態度不及格的 真的很納悶,為什麼要將自己不好的情緒影響客人? 對於那位被粉罩「指導」的服務人員真是辛苦了 主管/同事講話這種態度 她的工作環境也是需要強的心理素質才能忍耐 這次的消費體驗真的很差 本來想說等麵包吃完後才評價 但實在氣不過⋯⋯
