Best Department store in Taiwan

L	Lydia K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited on a Sunday and the bottom floors were lovely but the top floors (5 and up) were quite empty and sad. Couldn’t find any stationery; maybe I’m missing something. It links on the third floor to the adjacent gallery plaza mall. Ok to visit if you’re in the area and have time to kill. There is a muji, mini so, and Chun shui tang which is allegedly where bubble milk tea came from!
T	The Wayfarer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I kinda like this place esp. the food court levels. There's a nice bagel bakery "Miopane" - recommended! Interesting types of bagels, even Tieguanyin Mango! Also for nice coffee, try G.Bean. The latte was very good with an almost malty afternote. Also suitable for non-meat eaters is the japanese food stall that sells seafood don. Just fresh seafood and steamed rice with miso soup. Delicious and fresh!

S	Setivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food court This department store locates just opposite to the tian mu arena. The food court offers Korean, Japanese food and bubble tea. It is also a good place if you want to stay out of the heat.

Didn’t explore too many of the floors, but the SO spent $250 USD on makeup at the Sulwhasoo counter. The service was exceptional. Since the mall is connected to the station it’s great that you don’t have to exit then enter again. The entrance to the mall Door#1 is directly to the basement level shopping them to the food court (B2). One of the better food courts with a grocery store. Chill and relax in the mall before your ride. It’s worth it.

B	Birdie Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitors can walk to the 3rd floor directly from ticketing floor of High speed rail station or to B2 (where super market and food court are located ) from MRT station. Between the transportation stations and the main building of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi is "Rainbow market", which has a lot of restaurants, cake shops, fast food, bakeries and bubble tea shops.
