★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 師資多樣總會遇到喜歡的。設備完整、場地乾淨。教室內有監視器但不准學生帶手機，可能是怕教學中途被干擾。
會籍彈性有限，因為疫情短期移居+突然懷孕，回台北的時間不多且在疫情、身孕以及孕婦課程無法選擇的情況下根本難以上課，求助業務人員的處理也非常被動且消極而讓人白白浪費了會期，實在難以再有好感。
Teachers are diverse and you will always find someone you like. The equipment is complete and the site is clean. There are monitors in the classroom, but students are not allowed to bring mobile phones, probably because they are afraid of being disturbed in the middle of the teaching.
Membership flexibility is limited, due to short-term migration + sudden pregnancy due to the epidemic, there is not much time to return to Taipei, and it is difficult to attend classes under the circumstances of the epidemic, pregnancy and pregnant women. It's really hard to feel good after wasting the session.

基於以下三點難道沒有資格提出需求要求貴公司有權限的管理職，替自己的老師行為以及提供上課品質進行電話說明解釋嗎?
1. 事件1 : 2021/11/10 貴會館老師在下課時,無故對會員(我)說不要在上她的課
2. 事件2 : 貴公司針對事件1 所代表出面管理人員原先有跟我說要要往嘗試將該老師課調離我會去的時段進行(也跟我要了我會去的時段),但之後改口不會因為單一事件作調整(明顯權限不足)
3. 事件3: 事件1所提到的老師,於我在每次上她的課時都會將瑜珈墊往遠離我的方向改動,2022/05/26 還我做右邊的位置就往左邊拉, 坐左邊的座位就往右移 兩三個 瑜珈墊的距離,在會館上她的課調整動作我都會被跳過
基於1,2,3 點 我 2022/05/27 致電表達要求貴公司有權限的管理職進行原因說明解釋竟然被拒絕。
一個正常簽約正常繳費的會員的需求是在上課期間以及在會館的時間跟其他會員一樣正常上課正常下課，而不是被放話 不要在上該老師的課，也不是去做一些動作讓人感受到不歡迎來上課
再者如果貴會館如果真的覺得老師這樣對上課的會員是合理，那也是把理由說明清楚。
沒有一定要上她的課，就說清楚講明白。
很遺憾關於2022/05/26 反應的事項只收到貴公司的 line 回覆，退會籍不收違約金。
我這邊並沒有得到關於這件事的說明以及釐清... ，因此2022/05/27 去電貴公司表達希望能夠對於會員反應的是主管能夠電話說明。然而卻被拒絕了並沒有針對事情做釐清解惑...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Joined a couple months ago. Like the friendly, clean environment. Have attended classes held by several different teachers and they all have been very professional, nice, organized and articulate. After yoga, large shower facility is available and clean!
