★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同事推薦我去，我聽完覺得很特別就想去吃吃看，跟朋友約日月潭順便去買來吃吃看，除了龍鬚菜跟菇類不錯外，金針花跟蓮藕有點失望太油且蓮藕超薄吃不到蓮藕和金針花的味道，都是麵粉跟油，真心覺得蓮藕可以在厚一點點不然完全失去該有的口感，金針花應該要走現點現做吃起來真的太油
但我得說口味這種東西是很主觀的，只是剛好跟朋友有同樣的想法，但下次去還是會去買，我喜歡龍鬚菜

Apart from the asparagus and mushrooms, the golden needle flower and lotus root were a bit disappointing. They were too oily and lotus root. Ultra-thin can't taste the taste of lotus root and golden needle flower. They are all flour and oil. I really think that lotus root can be a little thicker or it will lose its proper taste. Golden needle flower should be made to order. It is really too oily to eat.
But I have to say that taste is very subjective, I just happen to have the same idea as a friend, but I will buy it next time I go there. I like dragon mustard.
