But what I value more is the teachers and course content. Shri Yoga’s teachers choose many and each is full of enthusiasm. Whether it is a beginner or an advanced person, they can give different tips appropriately. And I feel that the teachers often change the content of the class with new ideas, even if the same teacher is fixed to the same class every week, it is not boring. The teachers here are both hardworking and full of enthusiasm. (Oh and I like that all the yoga classes offered here are professional yoga classes, rather than some other courses that are not mixed...)
