?菜單主以牛肉品項為主，另有提供幾款的小菜供選擇。內用可以直接向老闆點餐，吃完後結帳。
?紅燒牛肉麵（150元），份量屬大碗，麵條為細麵，口感帶有嚼勁，紅燒湯頭以醬香為主，風味稍微少了些層次，牛肉有三大塊，為牛肋部位，滷的軟嫩好入口。
?滷豬耳朵（30元），滷的入味，帶有些許膠質感，口感柔脆，份量中等。
 ?Located in the lanes and alleys of Section 5 of East Nanjing Road, within a 10-minute walk from the MRT Arena or Nanjing Sanmin Station, the store is bright and clean, with five tables, partitions, and air-conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來這裡點紅燒牛肉麵，吃了一半忍不住要拍照了，牛肉麵的三大重點：肉、麵、湯配搭得非常完美，150元的價位5塊鮮嫩帶邊有嚼勁的牛肉，寬麵Q彈有勁，微辣的湯頭清爽卻香醇，牛味十足，太好吃了！
結帳時老闆正好有空檔，親切的探詢口味滿意度，為這次體驗更加愉悅溫馨的感受，下次必訪！
This is the first time I came here to order braised beef noodles. I couldn't help but want to take pictures halfway through the meal. The three key points of beef noodles: meat, noodles and soup are perfectly matched. The price of 150 yuan is 5 pieces that are tender and chewy. Beef, the wide noodles have strong Q-bombs, the slightly spicy soup is refreshing but mellow, full of beef flavor, so delicious!
When checking out, the boss happened to have a free space, and kindly inquired about the taste satisfaction, making this experience more pleasant and warm, and I will visit next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本打算自己來吃川味紅燒牛肉麵，臨時得知另外兩個好友剛好也在附近，就順便約一起來吃了。結果兩個朋友都點招牌番茄牛肉麵，我也跟著改變主意。蕃茄牛肉麵不愧為店家招牌，湯頭的番茄味道十分濃郁，番茄用量絕對不少。牛肉厚實大塊鮮嫩，咀嚼吞下之後喉嚨頭居然可以感受到牛肉的甜味，我和朋友都是吃得眼睛放光。
另外小菜也值得一試， 每一樣都不用另加醬油膏就已經滋味十足， 我和朋友們都是埋頭大快朵頤，根本顧不上讓手機先品嘗， 這張照片是朋友吃了一口之後趕緊拍的照片，算是留個紀錄

As a result, both of my friends ordered the signature tomato beef noodles, and I changed my mind. The tomato beef noodles is worthy of the store's signature. The tomato flavor in the soup is very strong, and the amount of tomatoes is definitely a lot. The beef is thick and tender. After chewing and swallowing, you can actually feel the sweetness of the beef in the throat. My friends and I both eat it with eyes shining.
In addition, the side dishes are also worth a try. Each dish is full of flavor without the addition of soy sauce.
