★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 站務人員服務親切，而且導引清楚也很有耐心，雖然目前火車停駛，待五月重新通車時，真的適合駐足漫遊的小鎮。

2.目前因鐵路中斷，要到這邊須靠公路接駁（集集-車埕間)，等車時間同本來的集集線！
站在車站前廣場等接駁車來即可。需注意上車都要進站先刷，到集集或是車埕時要刷出站！
3.站內人員都還算客氣！
