They just want cash. Just use EasyCard to pay. They have a scanner just beside their ticket counter. Queueing is not an issue. Don't trust the staffs at the boarding area to hold you. They hold and push you at the same time. It caused my son to fell and hit the edge of the stairs. A cut and a bruise! Still have the cheek to say my son jumped. To that staff, I wish you will NOT have a Happy New Year for the rest of the year.
