平常長期維持同一姿勢工作總是覺得脖子肩膀超硬，晚上很容易失眠睡不好，這次到詩嫚特Smarter Spa 做了顱釋重負減壓課程，按壓刺激頭部穴道，按完整個人超舒爽的，真的有釋放頭部壓力的感覺，跟我以前去過Spa館比較起來好感度高很多耶～無論是手法跟力道都很剛好，果然詩嫚特SPA是南部最美SPA，整個各方面都很到位耶！喜歡?
