★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.下班後，放鬆運動的好空間，小班制，剛剛好不會太擁擠，老師熱情的聲音帶領大家練習動作，細心的微調不足之處，超棒的地方！！
2.上完文心老師的課，身體好舒暢！雖然是不同於花式空瑜，但是基礎核心練習跟倒立真的有助於放鬆忙碌工作壓力！
