It is quite good. When u must order main dishes, rice and soup will be free. U can eat them more without paying money. The price is acceptable....

Your average tonkatsu place. They have become slightly more expensive now with less employees to take care of customers. Their tonkatsu is enjoyable but it isn't anything too special. They have a lunch special that provides a variety of dishes in small portions while providing you with a chawamushi(steamed egg). Overall, not bad but slightly on the expensive end.

It was delicious as always however inconsistency on their customer service, due to customer service I rated 2.5 stars for our experience; we were made to wait when there are at least 3-4 tables free only because they can not seat 2 people on the 4 seated table, it would be fair if they were reserved or during peak hour.. however when asked the reception advised its their policy and we have to wait (felt pretty ridiculous that we were the only two waiting outside a half emptied restaurant). Thankfully we were seated within 20mins; those 4 seated tables were empty throughout our dining. Ordering, we had to ask two seperate staff to come and take our order, once the order is placed, another guy came to setup our table and attempt to explain how the sauce works, however he spoke so fast and rude, we could not understand a single words coming out of his mouth.. the service improved as the meal starting to arrive (different waitress ) but it wasn’t a pleasant experience from the beginning.. I will most likely to go other branch next time instead.

Their tonkatsu is yummy, thick and juicy. The set comes with cabbage salad, rice and soup. Price is reasonable and the environment is better than usual eateries in department stores.

Nice decor, good environment, conveniently located in the Tienmu SOGO. Service was great. The katsu with daikon was average. The special tender katsu was pretty good, not dry. The side dishes were so so.

Same taste with other brands, nothing particularly

The taste is great, the pork is really thick(so took 20mins cooking) but it is still so juicy and delicious! Their service is great too. It is just the same quality as Saboten but more expensive, I will go Saboten next time if I want to have the Japanese pork dishes.
