手機換電池 來送修時,有位阿伯因為3C產品充電問題,服務人員很親切的招待。 來取件時,工作人員態度也不錯,隨口問起評價,之前的差評多;現在已經改善很多。

垃圾公司,不懂、不專業就不要出來害人! 如果有需要送修SONY產品, 請直接送至大安或是其他維修站, 可以得到比板橋維修站更好的服務體驗。 我在10/28送修WF-1000XM4, 故障原因是左耳有明顯且無法忽略的雜訊。 是降噪功能故障,誤偵測底噪而發出雜訊,這是非常清楚而且淺顯的功能故障。 但維修站檢查了三天後告知是測試正常, 退修理由竟是降噪耳機都會有電流聲, 並稱工程師詢問原廠後回覆無法更換。 11/2我轉送大安新宇維修站檢測, 大安維修站的態度非常良好, 也迅速的檢測出問題狀況並且更換左耳耳機。 請問: 板橋維修站聲稱原廠說是正常狀況無法更換, 那為什麼大安維修站可以迅速確認並且更換? 難道是不想處理而謊稱原廠的技術回覆? 如果是在路邊攤買了一個幾百塊的爛耳機, 就算有雜音我還可以接受, 我是花了7990買了這副耳機還要我接受雜音是正常的?

不是第一次來這一間sony授權代理維修維修中心,幾乎每次來修,都是水中MP3 ,因為我就是愛游泳的人,這裡的服務員的態度呢基本上每一次我遇到的都還算蠻不錯的,維修的過程啊也蠻順利,如果有需要額外的維修或是費用,都會事先用電話來詢問是不是願意花錢另外維修,印象最深的是上一次維修的時候東西已經過了保固,而且已經停產了,還可以讓我用比較低的價格換取一個新款的水中mp3給你,從客戶服務的角度來看,這也是個蠻值得稱許的一件事情。不過呢有一點令我心中有一點疑惑,在我的印象裡面Sony對於防水的產品是有口皆碑,怎麼我買到的水中mp3損壞率這麼高呢

一直使用AirPods 和Sony 藍芽耳機WF-1000XM3, XM4; 但XM4確才二個月就無法連結(死機); 店家確不願處理因為是在國外買的,原本還要求300元檢測費,但並非維修也不出任何說明,令人覺得除了對品質失望對售後服務不敢認同,建議要購買XM4者要三思!
