一位男生接的電話要求我要先加入Line才願意進一步說明。我告訴他我想先確定因為地點在台北他們是否有處理過相關的案例,他拒絕說明。只說不加Line他什麼都不能說。
我覺得很奇怪。請他轉主管。他直接掛電話。
第二次我再打電話客氣地請他轉主管我想直接說明這件事情。想確定因為網路上公司並沒有表明服務在台北地區只想知道過去有沒有服務過台北的案例。他仍然拒絕直接再掛電話。
我全程用請、謝謝。但是此人非常的無理。
只是重複一句話:我們的服務流程規定就要先加Line。一邊不斷地重複著請問還有什麼我可以幫你做的嗎?卻不願意回答地點的問題。或是任何問題。
我全程有錄音,過程中我用了許多客氣話,但他如同機器人一直重複一樣的話,而且不肯告訴我他的姓名,更不肯幫我轉給其他的同事。非常糟糕與訓練不足。
當然然後是再掛一次電話。
我想也許是他們的東西經常有問題,對客戶有防禦之心。可以理解。更可以確定是他們公司的這個客服電話是沒有錄音的。因此主管或者是老闆沒有辦法知道發生了什麼事。
我家的兩套浴櫃與水槽都一起壞了。
實在難以理解,網站上放的是客服聯繫電話,但是卻沒有客服的功能到底是要幹什麼呢?
又為何世界上的人只要沒有Line就不接受客戶服務的要求呢?
希望老闆跟主管可以看到這篇因為無論怎麼打電話我想都會被拒絕掛斷。

I feel strange. Ask him to switch to supervisor. He just hung up the phone.
The second time I called again and politely asked him to be transferred to the supervisor. I wanted to explain the matter directly. I want to be sure because the company on the Internet does not indicate that the service is in the Taipei area. I just want to know if there is a case of serving Taipei in the past. He still refuses to hang up directly.
I use it all the way, thank you. But this man is very unreasonable.
Just to repeat one sentence: Our service process stipulates that Line should be added first. I kept repeating, is there anything else I can do for you? But reluctant to answer the question of location. or any question.
I recorded the whole process, and I used a lot of polite words during the process, but he kept repeating the same words like a robot, and he refused to tell me his name, let alone help me transfer it to other colleagues. Very bad and undertrained.
Then of course hang up again.
I think maybe their stuff is often faulty and defensive about their customers. Understandable. It is even more certain that the customer service call of their company is not recorded. So there's no way for a supervisor or boss to know what's going on.
Two sets of bathroom cabinets and sinks in my house are broken together.
It's really hard to understand. What is the customer service contact number on the website, but there is no customer service function?
And why do people in the world not accept customer service requests as long as there is no Line?
I hope the boss and supervisor can read this because no matter how I call I think I will be refused to hang up.
