原來我不是第一個受害者⋯店家態度非常之差,打電話來都說預約很滿,不等客戶說完話就掛斷,來了兩次第一次電子票卷不能讀取,店家不積極處在要我壓現金下次再來退款,於是決定再找時間預約,結果這次來更誇張,約好了時間來居然說我沒預約,還一副她們沒錯的樣子,店長態度非常差,非常沒禮貌。給一顆星都嫌浪費。

票卷上電話不通,都直接轉類似傳真機嘟嘟嘟,打去原購票SHOPPING99客服,客服還欺騙說已經用票卷上電話和店家聯絡上,請店家回電,實際上電話就是不通,店家也根本沒打電話回覆。 撥打FB上面的電話也一直都沒有人接,直到看到FB上LINE的聯絡方式才預約到,而且超難約,都說滿了。 現場到只有看到我一個客人,但是預約就說都是額滿的,覺得不老實,而且三小時體驗的票卷,不到兩小時就隨便用完,清潔臉部粉刺還超大力隨便,另一張票卷讓朋友體驗更扯,一個半小時就做完了,真心覺得如果不想做體驗就不要這樣欺騙消費者,非常糟糕的經驗!

與店家多次聯繫預約時間,因網路先付款票券11/30即到期,從10月初就開始聯繫,對方說要幫我確認後,回電給我,但一直未回,由我主動聯繫兩次,才約成11/8。 今日11/8,我人到現場卻以全館公休、人員異動為由,不能提供服務,先前沒有任何通知、電話,嗣後對方以電話留錯為由沒有通知到,但我先前打過起碼三次的電話,若一直留錯,實屬太不用心,感覺店家並沒有真的要提供服務給網路先付款的購券者,無法兌現承諾,更嚴重想就是你付款但什麼也得不到的店家,提供給大家參考。
