★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this spa for many things. Good technique, relaxing environment and nice products. BUT, minus a star for very pushy sales tactics to keep you signed on even when I already told them that I’ll come back if I want more sessions as I may out of the country. They behaved as though they wouldn’t let me out the door unless I signed. That is super annoying.
If you’re good, just tell your clients that they will always be welcome back with a good deal and believe that people will come back.
