不過收據寫台灣（中國）令人有點不開心。

第一次去12/24星期四因為耶誕節放假 但貴辦事處在官網上也都沒有事先說明 害我白跑一趟
第二次去12月底 說已經繳件 要等下一個禮拜 但是可以先繳錢 2020元及繳文件
結果現在又說新的簽證費要漲30元 還要我們再來繳
你們這什麼爛辦事處
I apply for a visa at the end of 2012
The first time I went to 12/24 Thursday because of Christmas holiday, but your office didn’t explain it in advance on the official website, which made me run for nothing.
The second time I went to the end of December and said that I have already paid the documents and I have to wait for the next week, but I can pay 2020 yuan and pay the documents first.
But now it says that the new visa fee will increase by 30 yuan and we have to pay it again
What bad office do you guys do?

是11:30後就不接受認證和簽證相關作業
而且！！！
（圖二）公告上辦理簽證和認證的時間 中西語不一樣時間！！！西語版是星期一到星期五！！！

and! ! !

台灣又不是每個人都住在台北，隨時有空去現場，寫信是會回，但問題是，不能公布email作為清楚的資訊嗎？狂打電話好幾天才接通，告知要寫信問。
2. 小姐人非常好，用心盡責，但這個機構人力不足，所有問題都是不多請一個人來做事，導致一堆負評。
1. No answer after 100 calls.
Not everyone in Taiwan lives in Taipei, so they can go to the scene whenever they have time, and they will reply if they write, but the question is, can't we publish email as clear information? It took several days to get through the phone call and told me to write a letter to ask.
2. The lady is very kind and dedicated to her responsibilities, but this organization lacks manpower. All problems are that one person is not invited to do things, which leads to a lot of negative comments.

可能因疫情送件取件，時間只到早上11:00。
超過時間會很麻煩，雖然裡面明明有人，不想理而已。
