爛到不能再爛,報修過了快一周,因為冷氣很久沒寫機型,所以拍了照順路過去,才知道根本還沒排時間,接著又等了快一周,有說有幾天要考試不在,結果他考試前一天下午才來,而且打電話問才說師傅跑去雙溪要很晚,可是新北有3個服務站耶!!自己範圍不修跑去其它區域,而且還打了電話才打算來,然後等到他終於來了,看了狀況就把問題丟給插座就離開了,因為等了很久也不管時間了馬上就打給了水電,水電來後甚至試過改110插別的電器和直連,其它電器都正常只有冷氣過不了電證明插座正常是冷氣問題,所以水電走後就懶得再叫了,直接去燦坤訂了一台新冷氣,結果要到月底或下個月初,原本順路去那次知道那麼久還沒排時間就去燦坤問了要一周,想說有約報修再怎樣也不會那麼久就想說算了(結果真的要那麼久才來修),就差這周新冷氣的時間就要差那麼多,最後就這樣痛苦了整整一個月

前幾天叫修,因為在忙,請維修人員檢查好跟我說明狀況。大約5分鐘就跟我說壓縮機壞了,我心想:「好快喔!維修人員真的有拆開機器用電表檢查嗎?」因為冷氣故障前,冷氣真的很涼,壓縮機運轉平順,冷媒也充足,又根據先前維修經驗,我詢問是否可更換啟動電容來試試能不能修好,然後維修人員告訴我:「不要白忙了,是壓縮機壞掉。」從維修人員進門到檢查結束,大約15分鐘,我付了300元的檢修費後,便於數天後自行更換啟動電容,目前冷氣運作一切正常。這次的經驗讓我非常懷疑維修人員的專業度,真慶幸自己沒有聽他的話直接花錢換壓縮機!
